Custom Characters to try to recreate in Sonic Forces

Custom Characters to try to recreate in Sonic Forces
Gaming Again

Sonic Forces has a custom character feature which caused all the furries and Sonic fandom yiffed and “hardcore” gamers all called for the Sonic Cycle to start all over. I actually though it’s a neat idea and you just have to ignore the collateral damage for this feature being implemented. Now, I think for most of us we’ll just have fun with it and move on with our lives, but with the thousands of ORIGINAL CHARACTER DO NOT STEAL out there, what are some of the most wanted Custom characters for Sonic Forces?

I must admit that even though I”m a fairly big Sonic fan who has watched all the Sonic cartoons just because but I’m not as up to date with more modern characters and I never read the Archie Sonic comics besides an issue or two which has most of the fandom ended up attaching too and gave the rise to the NAME + The Hedgehog meme that exists and likely inspired this game but I’m pretty sure this list should satisfy most.

Pokemon Banned Episodes Kanto Indigo League Season 1
Looking back on..

The Pokemon anime started as a very Japanese show so even if it was a rather tame anime it still had to be edited quite a bit for American audiences and because of distribution rights to the rest of the world. In the first season now known as the Indigo League season or “gen 1 / Kanto” to others there were 3 episodes that were banned for various reasons. Most of us knew about them since it was very well documented online and even in magazines. Now since then there have been a few other episodes that have been skipped and even some from season 1 but let’s just take a look at the original 3 episodes that were skipped and yet apparently were dubbed as well, who knows if that’s true. So whether you’re here to see the original Pokemon beach episode, have Ash be threatened by a gun or just have a seizure with porygon, Let’s begin.

do u liek Mudkipz the great original meme from the mid 2000s
Video Classic

Time can pass really quickly and here is one such example; 15 years ago “do u liek mudkips” was one of the most popular copypasta’s at 4chan. It felt fresh and so stupid that it was awesome, also back then there weren’t as many nostalgia ridden Pokemon fans which made the whole atmosphere better, besides the original copypasta which is below one other great thing it brought us was this song:

Banjo Kazooie crossover: Find the Magic Puzzle Puzzle Piece Keebler Contest

Banjo Kazooie crossover: Find the Magic Puzzle Puzzle Piece Keebler Contest
Video Classic

Banjo-Kazooie was a game that wasn’t in my radar and yet when it came out I knew I had to have it. It wasn’t just me as we saw that this franchise is still fondly remembered. I remember getting copy of the game at Best Buy and the last bonus gift which was the soundtrack and a t-shirt, it was all pure luck too since i had no idea it was even a thing until I got into the store. Anywho, the game was the hit of the summer and Keebler was there just in time to take advantage of this.

Find the Magic Puzzle Piece with Banjo-Kazooie was a contest that Keebler cookies had where you could win a bunch of Nintendo swag just by getting lucky and eating cookies. I loved this commercial and it took me years before I was finally able to find it. The best part they even shrunk the commercial into magazines as I remember reading the ads on magazines like Disney Adventures

Star Wars Bounty Hunter, the Episode II prequel – Secret Movie

Star Wars Bounty Hunter, the Episode II prequel – Secret Movie
Secret Movie

Star Wars Bounty Hunter came out on the Playstation 2 and Gamecube to coincide with Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, the game was pretty fun and felt like a new version of Shadows of the Empire. You really took the role of a Bounty Hunter and it felt awesome. It sucks that we never got a sequel. But I’m not here to talk about the game but the story, as this game took place before Episode II and pretty much tells a somewhat important part of the mystery we see in the movie. Only in the game would you not only know how Jango Fett was hired but make sense of some of Count Dooku’s dialog.

It really is a shame that this story was done only in game form since as of now the CG that was “realistic” at the time is now really ugly. Nonetheless, watch the “Bounty Hunter” Star Wars movie here with all the cutscenes stitched together to make a somewhat logical story and solve some mysteries that Attack of the Clones left unresolved.

The Future of Nintendo’s Handheld Game Consoles & Portables post Switch

The Future of Nintendo’s Handheld Game Consoles & Portables post Switch
Rampant Speculation

For a long time many people had talked about Nintendo making a a hybrid system that was both a portable and a home console. Nintendo always denied that the Nintendo NX would be this very thing, and yet when the Nintendo Switch was announced it was this very thing. Now I may have my issues with the Nintendo Switch but I love the concept and for my current life style a “fusion” console is definitely what works best for me. But is this the death of Nintendo’s portables?

Miitomo Life & History: Nintendo bring it back

Miitomo Life & History: Nintendo bring it back
The problem with..

Nintendo shocked the world when they announced that they would begin developing mobile games on iOS and Android since they had been against it for many years. Many people claimed it was the end of Nintendo even though people always complained Nintendo’s games weren’t on mobile. Miitomo was Nintendo’s first game that they released for smartphones and tablets, this was not what most people expected since they wanted one of Nintendo’s better known franchises like Mario. But Mii’s are what captured the heart of the mainstream audience so was it really a bad idea to launch with it?

People were not happy at the announcement since they were not getting an actual game but some weird social app and we all have enough social apps on our mobile devices to add another one but still this was Nintendo’s first swing at it so many checked it out. What we got was something that most people played around with in the beginning but quickly uninstalled and only a select few stayed around with it. However as months passed more and more people dropped the app, including me. I actually lasted quite a bit but as much as I want to love it there are just some problems with Miitomo.
