Do the Mario & the Nintendo Dance Super Mario Bros Super Show

Do the Mario was the outro / ending theme of the Super Mario Bros Super Show but what makes it really memorable is at the end of the episode as the credits rolled professional wrestler Lou-Albano who portrayed Mario in the live aciton segments danced goofily to the mario theme while singing and telling us to “do the Mario”.

I don’t know exactly what it is but there’s something special about it as this wasn’t a show I ever watched as a kid and only got to see it for the first time in my late teens when the DVDs of the show came out and yet they felt nostalgic and magical in a way that I shouldn’t have felt for something I never watched.
